Email-Dollar.com Terms Of Service By signing up and actively using the Email-Dollar program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Email-Dollar may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Email-Dollar. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Email-Dollar program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change. Responsibility of Members: You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in this program. Minors must have parental consent to participate. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. All personal information must be completed and may not contain gibberish or false information. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. You may not share your payment account ID with another Email-Dollar account. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Email-Dollar account. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Email-Dollar account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Email-Dollar be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. Use of abusive (i.e. vulgar) and threatening language will not be tolerated and is grounds for immediate account termination, and in severe cases may result in legal action. Should any instances of cheating be found including but not exclusive to the use of Paid2Read Email Program Optimizers or other "cheating" software, multiple accounts on a single computer, invalid paid-to-signups whereby credit is attempted to be ascertained by submission of a confirmation email where the sign-up referrer is found not to be the direct upline, the member account is not active, or the member account does not exist, your Email-Dollar account will be terminated and all earnings will be forfeit. You may only select to receive targetted search emails if you are located in one of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America, and United Kingdom. Any member who has selected "Search" in their interests and is not from the approved countries listed above will find their account terminated without warning and all earnings will be forfeit. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Email-Dollar. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Email-Dollar. We reserve the right to perform periodic checks via the use of cheater detection emails to ensure that members comprehend and read the emails they have opted-in to receive by joining the Email-Dollar program. Accounts will be terminated and earnings deducted from accounts as described in the email where members have clicked on cheat links. All earnings from terminated accounts will be forfeit and pending payment requests will be null and void. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Email-Dollar for 7 or more consecutive days, your account will be terminated and you will lose all prior earnings. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately. In the event your account becomes inactive for 30 or more consecutive days, your account will be terminated. All earnings and pending redemptions will be forfeit. Active status is defined as visiting at least one advertiser's website within a 30 day consecutive period whereby your account has been credited. You may place your account on Vacation Mode for a period of up to 30 consecutive days by logging into your account and setting the Vacation Mode option on the User Information page. Upgraded Member accounts will not be terminated for a period of up to 90 consecutive days of inactivity, however during the afore-mentioned period of inactivity they will not be eligible to receive monthly advertising, money pot shares, or payout as related to their upgraded benefits. No refunds will be given to upgraded members who become inactive for more than 90 days of inactivity and whereby their accounts are terminated. You may not under any circumstance sell your Email-Dollar account to a third party. Any member found selling their account will be barred from all participation in the Email-Dollar program. All earnings and referrals from the aforementioned account will be forfeit and the account terminated. Relationship of the Parties: You and Email-Dollar are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Email-Dollar. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Email-Dollar. You may not sell any advertising obtained via discounted redemption offerings. Redemptions are for personal use only and are subject to change. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program. Limitation of Liability: Email-Dollar will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Email-Dollar program, even if Email-Dollar has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Email-Dollar aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. Payments: Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Email-Dollar. Members may earn by referring new members to the Email-Dollar program. Members must be at least 50% as active as their downlines in order to accumulate referral earnings. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Email-Dollar. Members will be paid via PayPal, Moneybookers (based on availability), or e-Gold (10% processing fee for e-Gold payout and may take up to 60 days). Email-Dollar will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by Email-Dollar. Members must have at least 50% combined downline and personal earnings when using Paid-to-Signup bonuses as revenue for payout. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 45 days or a reasonable time after. Exceptions: Any exceptions to the Terms and Conditions set forth by Email-Dollar must be obtained via written approval from Email-Dollar Administration prior to any violations taking place. Spam: You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Email-Dollar and may result in legal prosecution. Email-Dollar strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Email-Dollar may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Email-Dollar will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
